Rachel Waters is our of CAMP's Co-founders, and she was our first Director of Partnerships. She combines expertise in business management and strategy, China engagement and business development with a strong drive to build a smarter, kinder relationship between Australia and the world. In 2015 as CAMP's Director of Partnerships and General Manager, she raised the seed funding to make CAMP a reality and managed its finances and operations to help deliver a fabulous inaugural program.
Rachel's passion for China was ignited during an exchange to Kunming in China’s South West, where she completed a Masters degree in International Studies with a China Major. She was awarded an Australia China Business Council scholarship to study the MBA program at Tsinghua University in Beijing in 2007, and applied her China skills managing the multi-million dollar relationship between UTS:INSEARCH and its Chinese education agencies. Rachel is a participant in the 2016 Asialink Leaders Program and speaks several languages including Mandarin and French, Italian and Spanish.
